  • Ownership of User Content remains with the original contributor.
  • By submitting content, users grant Bytestark.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and share the content publicly as long as it remains hosted on the Platform.
  • Once a user deletes their content, the license is revoked and the content will be removed from public access within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Content Guidelines

  • Users must only submit content that is respectful, relevant, and appropriate for a technology learning environment.
  • Bytestark.com reserves the right to edit, moderate, or remove content that violates community standards or applicable laws.

3. Sandbox Usage Policy

  • Bytestark.com provides access to cloud-based sandbox environments for interactive coding and experimentation.
  • Each user is allowed up to 1 hour of sandbox usage per day for free.
  • After a 24-hour period, the sandbox time limit is automatically reset.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of content, data, or resources from Bytestark.com is strictly prohibited.
  • Any such activity will result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

5. Changes to These Terms

Bytestark.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend checking this page periodically.
